About us
Our family-managed house is located in a very sunny and quiet district in St. Jakob – Gand. (50m to the ski and hiking bus stop). Away from the noise and bustle and still in a few minutes in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
We can offer an apartment for 6 people with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area has a corner seat and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and fridge.
For relaxation our guests can use a sauna, which is included in the price.
For your ski equipment we offer a ski depot directly at the Nassereinbahn.
If you arrive by car there are enough parking spaces available.

Quietly located in Sankt Jakob am Arlberg, Apart Viktoria is 3 km from the center of the Sankt Anton am Arlberg Ski Area. It is a modern, bright apartment with a terrace and a sauna in the winter season.
WLAN is costfree.
A flat-screen satellite TV and a large seating area are also included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, a microwave, a dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. Bread rolls are delivered to the apartment in the morning upon request.
Barbecue facilities are available on the terrace. Other facilities include a children’s playground and a ski storage room.

A free ski bus stops 50 meters from the house. The ski bus leaves every 15 minutes and drives to the lifts in a few minutes. You can us a ski storage at the cable cars free of charge.
Between 19.00 oclock and 03.00 oclock a night bus run from the district St. Jakob/Gand to the center of St. Anton am Arlberg. There is a public indoor and outdoor pool, as well as various restaurants and bars.
You find us
Arriving by car: take the traffic zone A into the St. Jakober Dorfstraße. At the second crossing turn right into the “Oberganderweg”. At the second entrance on the right you find our house Nr. 6b.
Arrival by train
You can easily and comfortably reach St. Anton am Arlberg by railway. St. Anton is the highest railway station in Europe.
